Grain Free Dinner Number One

It was really easy to make a grain free dinner.  I roasted chicken with lemon, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper.  I sauteed zucchini in olive oil with garlic, tomato sauce, basil, salt and pepper.  Ta-dah!  A grain free, gluten free, refined sugar free, dairy free – but not actually free, dinner is served.  It was delicious.  The leftover chicken is turning into broth as I type and will soon be my first legume and grain free chicken soup.   Lot’s to ponder.
